Jalapeño Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

1 cup Montery jack cheese, shredded

1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded

2 cups Cooked chicken, diced or shredded (about 2 breasts)

1/2 cup Sour Cream (or substitute Greek yogurt)

1 cup Tulkoff Spicy Jalapeño Aioli

4 Tbsp Butter

4 8-inch Flour tortillas

Directions

In a bowl, toss cheeses together and set aside.

In another bowl, mix chicken, sour cream and Jalapeño Aioli.

Top half of each tortilla with chicken mixture and cheese blend. Fold empty half of tortilla over toppings.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook tortilla until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining butter and prepared tortillas.
