Jalapeño Sliders

Take sliders to a whole new level with these surprising bites.




1 lb. Ground beef

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 slices Bacon, cooked and cut in half

6 Onion rings

¾ cup Tulkoff Spicy Jalapeño Aioli, divided use

6 Slider buns


Cheese of your choice, optional



Shape beef into 6 patties of equal size and thickness. Season with salt and pepper, and/or seasoning of your choice.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, cook onion rings according to package. Brush 1 Tbsp of Jalapeño Aioli on each top and bottom of slider buns. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and broil until toasty.

Remove buns from broiler, assemble slider with lettuce, buger, bacon, tomato and an onion ring. Add more Jalapeño Aioli and top with bun.
