Kickin’ Quinoa Salad

Healthy and extremely tasty, this salad’s got a little bit of everything.
1 cup Quinoa, cooked according to package
9 oz Brussel sprouts, shaved
1/2 Red onion, shaved
1 3.5 oz pkg Cranberries and Walnuts (for salads)
1/2 cup Tulkoff Kickin’ Dipin’ Sauce®
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until well mixed. Serve cold.
