Kimchi-lishous Chicken and Broccoli

This recipe came in 2nd in Tulkoff’s 2015 Spicy Kimchi Aioli Recipe Challenge!

1 lb Cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded

10 oz  Broccoli, chopped

1 can Condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup Spicy Kimchi Aioli

3/4 cup Pepper jack cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

12-15 Saltine crackers, crushed


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 quart casserole dish. Arrange broccoli in dish, then arrange chicken over broccoli.

In a medium sized bowl, combine soup, Kimchi, and cheeses. Mix together and pour over the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.

Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
