Mummy Meatballs with Bloody Tiger Sauce

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef

1/4 cup Onion, chopped

1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs

2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 Tbsp Parsley

1 Egg

2 Tbsp Tulkoff Tiger Horseradish Sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

1- 8 oz tube Pillsbury crescent roll sheet

 

Bloody Tiger Sauce

1/2 cup Tulkoff Tiger Horseradish Sauce

1 Tbsp Tomato paste

1/3 cup Sugar (or less per taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add beef, onion, Panko, garlic, parsley, egg, Tiger sauce and salt and pepper. Mix well until combined. Roll into 1″ balls.

Unroll crescent dough. Slice into long strips. Wrap strips around meatballs, leaving space to add eyes.

Bake for 20 minutes.

While meatballs bake, make the Bloody Tiger Sauce by combining Tiger Sauce, tomato paste and sugar in small bowl. Mix well until combined.

When meatballs are done, dot sauce on for eyes and serve alongside Bloody Tiger Sauce.
