1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Seaside Garlic in Oil
1-10oz bag of spinach leaves, washed with tough stems removed
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then add the spinach and cover. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the spinach has wilted. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the spinach to a serving bowl and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan. Serve hot.
