Shrimp Salad

Our Crab Cake Base adds a much needed flavor boost lacking in many mayo-based seafood salads.

2 lb steamed shrimp, diced
6 celery stalks, diced
1 large carrot, finely chopped
3/4 cup Calvert House Crab Cake Base
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste


Combine the diced shrimp in a bowl with the celery and carrots. Gently fold in the crab cake base, mayonnaise, and dill until well incorporated. Taste and adjust seasonings according to preference.

Chill and serve.

Serves: 6 to 8
