Ingredients
2 tsp Olive oil
1 lb Shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Tulkoff Original Garlic Sauce
1/4 cup White wine
1/4 cup Chicken stock
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 lb Pizza dough, room temperature
Cornmeal, for dusting
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
To the same pan, add Garlic Sauce, wine, chicken stock and lemon juice. Let simmer about 5 minutes, or until sauce comes together. Remove from heat and add shrimp to sauce, tossing to coat.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal. Brush dough with sauce from pan. Top with shrimp, mozzarella and Parmesan. If pan sauce remains, drizzle more on top of cheese and shrimp.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Let cool a few minutes before cutting and garnish with parsley.
