Cranberry Horseradish Sauce

Serve alone or over cream cheese to give taste buds plenty to think about.

2 cans whole cranberries
1 cup sugar
1-8oz jar of Tulkoff Horseradish or Tulkoff Red Beet Horseradish
1 tsp salt


Cook the berries, sugar, and salt until they gel.  Stir in Tulkoff Horseradish.  Let cool and put on top of cream cheese as an appetizer or serve warm over turkey, pork, or chicken.  Your tastebuds will surprise you!
