Creamy Crab Soup

Bring the Chesapeake to your kitchen with our Creamy Crab Soup!
4 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Tulkoff Chesapeake Sauce
4 cups Heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb Crab meat, cleaned
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbsp Cooking sherry
Old Bay, to taste
In a Dutch oven or large pot melt butter over medium heat. Stir in Chesapeake Sauce, whipping cream, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add crab and parsley to soup; cook and stir gently until crab is heated.
Remove from heat and add sherry and Old Bay per taste, or sprinkle on top as garnish.
