Ingredients
For the sauce:
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Onions, grated
3/4 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Dried basil
3 tsp Tulkoff Chopped Garlic in Water
1 (15 oz) can Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Extra Bold Cocktail Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Granulated sugar
For the pizza:
1-2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Green pepper, sliced
1 Yellow pepper, sliced
1 Red onion, sliced
1 1/2 cups frozen Shrimp, pre-cooked and thawed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can Thin pizza dough
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, oregano, and basil. Allow to cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Garlic In Water and continue to cook for about 1 minute.
Add the tomato sauce, Extra Bold Cocktail Sauce, salt, and sugar. Turn the heat down to low and allow the sauce to simmer for about 30 minutes.
In a sauté pan, add olive oil, peppers and onion cooking for about 2-3 minutes. Add in shrimp, salt and pepper cooking until shrimp warmed through.
On a round baking sheet or pizza stone, roll out pizza dough. Spread pizza sauce over dough and cover with mozzarella cheese. Top with shrimp mixture.
Bake according to pizza dough instructions (typically about 15-20 minutes).
