Farfalle Sausage Salad

A simple, authentic Italian recipe that your entire family will enjoy!
3/4 lb Farfalle pasta
1 lb Hot Italian sausage
1 lb Cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat a large skillet. Squeeze sausage from casing into pan, crumbling it into small pieces. Add Garlic in Oil and cook until sausage is browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Toss cooked sausage with pasta, tomatoes, cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
