Grilled Ham and Brie Sandwich

The apple and Kickin’ Dipin’ Sauce® cut the richness of the buttery brie in this sammy perfectly.
4 slices Bread of your choice
2 Tbsp Butter
6 oz Brie, most of the rind trimmed off and thinly sliced
6 slices Deli style ham
1/2 Green apple, thinly sliced
- Spread butter evenly on one side of all the bread slices. Place 2 of the slices, buttered side down, in a frying pan over medium heat. Top with slices of brie, ham and apple, dividing evenly.
Spread Kickin’ Dipin’ Sauce® on the non buttered side of the remaining bread. Cover each sandwich with one of the remaining bread slices, buttered side up. When bottom of sandwich is toasted and golden brown, carefully flip sandwich and cook for a few minutes more.
