Grilled Oysters with Champagne Horseradish Granita

Ingredients
1 cup Lemonade
½ cup Tulkoff Extra Hot Horseradish
2 oz Champagne
1 Tbsp Shallots, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 oz Clarified butter
4 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 dozen Raw oysters, shucked
Chives, chopped for garnish
Lemon wedge, for garnish
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine lemonade, Horseradish, champagne, shallots and salt and pepper. Place in freezer for approximately 3 hours or until mixture is frozen.
Preheat grill to about 400 degrees. In a small bowl, mix butter, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
Place oysters on grill, close lid and cook for about 5 minutes. Spoon butter mixture over each oyster, close lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Place oysters on a plate and scrape the frozen Horseradish mixture with spoon to create shaved ice and top oysters with it. Garnish with chives.
