Ingredients
1 cup of Tulkoff Horseradish
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup whole grain mustard
2 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp kosher salt
1/2 cup Shallots, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 lbs flank steak
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together, except the flank steak, to make the marinade. Let this mixture sit for about 15 minutes to develop flavors. Set aside ΒΌ cup of the marinade in the refrigerator.
Thoroughly rub both sides of the flank steak with the remainder of the marinade. Place the flank steak in a shallow pan, cover, and refrigerate.
Go outside and turn the grill on to high. Remove flank steak from the marinade and throw on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes, then turn over and grill the other side another 2 minutes. Turn the grill off and close the lid and allow the steak to cook another 2 minutes.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. To serve, slice it thin and against the grain. Pour the remaining marinade on top. Enjoy on a salad, alongside roasted potatoes, or on thinly sliced French bread.
