1 cup Tulkoff Chopped Roasted Garlic
15 oz Ricotta cheese
All-purpose flour
2 cans Thin pizza crust
1 20 oz Frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed
1 (32 oz) bag Mozzarella cheese
Pepper flakes, optional as garnish
Heat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine Roasted Garlic with ricotta cheese and set aside.
Stretch pizza dough onto pizza stone or baking sheet according directions on can, making sure you reach the edges. Repeat this with the second pizza.
Divide garlic and ricotta cheese mixture and spread over each pizza. Top with spinach and mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizzas for 18-20 minutes.
When the pizzas are done, top with pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
