Coconut Lime Chicken

Who put the lime-in-the-coconut? Tulkoff did, and we added Roasted Garlic too!
3 Tbsp Tulkoff Ginger Puree
1 cup Chopped scallions, white and green parts
1 cup Cilantro
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/3 cup Honey
1 cup Coconut milk
1/3 cup Lime juice, plus 1 tsp grated zest
10 Chicken drumsticks, with skin
Black pepper, to taste
1 Lime, sliced for garnish
In a blender combine all ingredients, except the chicken. Puree until smooth. Add coconut mixture to a large baking dish.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut 2 deep slits in each drumstick. Transfer chicken to baking dish and place in oven for 30 minutes. Bake until chicken is cooked through. Add black pepper to taste.
Garnish with lime slices.
