2 lbs Italian sausage
1 large Onion, chopped
2 Bay leaves
2 cans Kidney beans
2 (28 oz) cans Diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can Tomato sauce
¾ cup Tulkoff Seafood Cocktail Sauce
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Chili powder
3 Tbsp Ground cumin
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Black pepper
¼ cup Jalapeño slices
Brown the sausage in a large skillet and drain grease. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
In a large pot make the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add sausage and onion mixture to sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve alongside toasted bread.
