Dumplings with Ginger-Ponzu Sauce
Submitted by: Tulkoff
This bright, tangy umami dipping sauce is so good you won’t be able to stop dipping!
1/4 cup Ponzu
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Mirin
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Tulkoff Ginger Puree
1 Scallion, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds, for garnish
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic In Oil
1 bag frozen Dumplings of your choosing
In a small bowl, whisk ponzu, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and Ginger Puree.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add Garlic In Oil. Add dumplings and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until bottoms are golden brown. Add 1/4 cup water to pan and cover. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until dumplings are tender.
Serve alongside dipping sauce and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
