This recipe was a winner of the 11th Annual Maryland ProStart Student Invitational.
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Tulkoff Ginger Puree
12 oz Green beans, cleaned and blanched
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large saucepan brown the butter. Meanwhile, zest and juice one orange.
Stir Ginger Puree, orange zest and juice into butter. Add green beans and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
