1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
3 cups Carrots, sliced
3 Tbsp Jalapeño peppers, sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Extra Hot Horseradish
2 tsp Lime juice
3 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the carrots and peppers; stirring occasionally until slightly tender, about 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and cook, continuing to stir, until carrots are glazed and liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
