This easy appetizer will wow your taste buds and transport you and your guests to straight to Italy.
1 small baguette
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup Tulkoff Pesto Genovese
2 mozzarella balls
¼ cup ground hot cherry pepper or chopped tomatoes
Cut baguette into ½” slices. Slice mozzarella into ¼” thick rounds. Brush one side with olive oil and toast lightly.
Spread untoasted side of each bread slice with pesto. Top each with a slice of mozzarella and garnish with cherry pepper.
