Tulkoff Bruschetta

Try the Tulkoff interpretation on this traditional Italian favorite!

1 baguette, sliced about 1/2 an inch thick on an angle
1 cup Tulkoff Garlic Spread
1 cup plum tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Pesto Genovese
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar


Spread garlic spread on both sides of each slice of bread. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the slices cool off.

Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and discard the seeds. Chop the basil leaves into pieces smaller than the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes and basil on top of the bread slices and then sprinkle mozzarella on top of the tomato layer.

Mix together the pesto and balsamic vinegar and drizzle on top of the garlic slices. Serve warm.
